The Personal Data Administrator ensures that the data is stored in accordance with applicable law and is not made available or sold to third parties. The Data Controller has no intention of transferring your personal data to an international organization. Your Personal Data may be transferred to Google LLC based on appropriate legal safeguards. In the case of transferring the above-mentioned data outside the European Economic Area, the Policyholder uses the so-called standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or safeguards for transferred data and rights under the EU-US Privacy Shield, as means of providing appropriate guarantees and safeguards.
The privacy policy includes, among others: in order to determine the activities that are carried out by the Administrator in the field of Personal Data in connection with the processing of your Personal Data, including their collection using the functionality of the Online Store and the provision of services electronically, such as: creating an account, placing and fulfilling an order or providing services newsletter services.
Purpose, scope and legal basis for processing your personal data:
Your Personal Data as a Customer of the Online Store are (or will be) collected by using the following functionalities of the Online Store:

The Administrator processes your Personal Data necessary for the proper implementation of the services available in the Online Store and is entitled to use the data collected and stored in the Online Store for the following purposes:
placing an order in the Online Store,

implementing direct marketing after expressing your consent to such activities,
ensuring proper operation of the account in the Online Store, in particular creating and managing an account/accounts, solving technical and other problems, providing appropriate functions,

In order to complete the order, the Administrator processes your data in the following areas: country, name and surname/name of the recipient, postal code, post office, city, street, house number, apartment number, e-mail address, telephone number and additionally in the case of the Company or Partner B2B: company name, company address (street, house/apartment number, postal code, city), NIP number.
In order to register a Customer Account, the Administrator processes your personal data in the following scope: name, surname, e-mail address and additionally in the case of a B2B Partner: country, company name, company telephone number, company fax, NIP number, company e-mail address, company address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city) and contact person details (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number).
In order to contact you, via contact forms available at g8dboy.com, the administrator processes your personal data including name, surname, email address and contact telephone number.
In order to express an opinion about the product on the Store's website, the Service Provider/Seller collects the following customer data: name and e-mail address.
The Administrator declares that providing the data indicated in paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 above, marked as required in the Online Store, is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and implement contracts or obtain contact with the personal data administrator. Providing Data for the purpose specified in section 7 is voluntary.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO OTHER ENTITIES
Your personal data may be made available to other entities if you voluntarily consent to making this data available to entities you indicate in your declaration or in the event of an obligation to disclose personal data resulting from generally applicable provisions of law to entities authorized to receive them. , in particular: the universal postal operator, investigative bodies, and courts.

LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
Your personal data processed for purposes related to the implementation of the contract for the provision of electronic services and the sales contract will be processed on the basis of Article 6 section 1 letter b) GDPR. At the same time, the data administrator will have the right to process your Data necessary to establish, shape the content, change or terminate the legal relationship established between you and the Administrator pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR in connection with Art. 18 of the Act on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219, of 2018, item 650). The processing of your data for the purpose of marketing the administrator's own products and services, automated data processing and for competition purposes will take place on the basis of Article 6 section 1 letter a GDPR. The processing of personal data for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending against claims being the implementation of our legitimate interest will take place on the basis of Art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR. Moreover, it should be mentioned that the processing of your data for the purpose of sending you information about the Administrator's products and services will take place on the basis of Article 6 section 1 letter a) GDPR. Data processing for accounting and tax purposes will be carried out pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter c GDPR.
COOKIES POLICY
The Administrator automatically collects information contained in Cookies in order to collect data related to the use of the website by the Customer or User. The Administrator appropriately provides the following technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying Personal Data sent electronically:

Applying appropriate protection of the data set against unauthorized access,

Your Personal Data will be stored for the period necessary to conclude and perform the Agreement, after which the data will be stored for the period appropriate for the limitation period for claims and criminal acts (the limitation period for claims in business relations is usually 3 years, while in the case of contracts concluded with consumers, excluding periodic claims, this period is 10 years.). Data processing for accounting and tax purposes will generally take place for a period of no less than 5 years, with detailed periods specified in legal provisions, e.g. tax regulations. Additionally, your personal data processed on the basis of your voluntarily expressed consent will be processed until you withdraw your consent. Personal data processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Administrator will be processed until you raise a possible objection to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of achieving such purposes, however, certain situations may arise when, despite your objection, objection, the Administrator will be able to continue to process your personal data, e.g. pursuing claims.
