Shipping

All products are made to order.The production process normally takes 1-2 weeks from the moment we receive the fully paid order. It is possible to speed up the shipment by paying an additional fee, for this purpose you must contact us to confirm the possibility of such production acceleration.

Parcels are sent once a week on the last business day (Friday by default). Depending on the selected carrier, the parcel will be sent:

- INPOST company – approximately 2-3 business days for delivery,

- UPS - approximately 2-7 business days for delivery.

Regardless of which shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your shipment online on the day when the package is prepared for shipment, of which you will be notified electronically to your email address.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees, as well as shipping costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group products in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately and shipping charges will apply to each order. You ship at your own risk, but we make every effort to protect fragile items.

Returns

We try to carefully pack our products in appropriate boxes to properly protect the ordered products during transport. If for some reason you need to send the product to us for removal of damage / recognized complaint or replacement, please:

- Pack the products so that the packaging protects them against external factors during transport,

- Determine with us how the parcel will be delivered to us,

- Provide us with tracking information.
