1. General Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by the Customer with G8DBOY Sp. z.o.o., on the G8DBOY website (pl, eu, com), on the website for mobile devices or via the mobile application, or by phone
(collectively, "g8dboy.eu").
By using the g8dboy.eu website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Before placing an order, please read the Terms and Conditions.
Orders can only be placed by natural persons who do not run a business, who are at least 18 years old, are not under the legal guardianship of a guardian and provide a delivery address.
The availability of products and services on the g8dboy.eu website at any given time does not indicate or guarantee that those products and services will always be available. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. We make every effort to ensure that the information on the g8dboy.eu website is complete, accurate and up-to-date. However, despite our best efforts, the information on the g8dboy.eu website may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. All product specifications, products, descriptions and prices on g8dboy.eu are subject to change at any time without notice.
The Customer is bound by the version of the Terms and Conditions available on the g8dboy.eu website at the time of placing the order.
G8DBOY wants to provide the best possible experience for its website users. For this to be possible, all our services must run like a Swiss watch. By using the site, you acknowledge and agree that you will not (i) post, upload, redistribute, upload or promote any communication or material that could adversely affect our business, products or services; (ii) behave in a manner that restricts, impedes, interferes with, or inhibits any other user's use and enjoyment of the g8dboy.eu or affects the security of the Site, or use any device to do so, or (iii) use any device, or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, or script, or any other device or mechanism (including, without limitation, spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate and search the site or copy its contents. We reserve the right to immediately block access to the site and terminate the account of any user who violates these rules or any other rules incorporated into these terms and conditions.
2. Prices and Delivery Costs
The prices displayed on the g8dboy.eu page include statutory VAT, but do not include shipping costs.
The delivery cost of each order depends on the delivery location, the carrier chosen, the size or weight of the package. The cost of each delivery method is detailed at checkout when you choose a carrier. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and you need to send the products in several packages, we will not charge you for the delivery of subsequent shipments. In-store and online prices may vary.
3. Placing Orders/Terminating a Contract

If you provide your email address, you will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. If for any reason we are unable to process your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will attempt to refund the amount paid in the same way as the payment was made. If, for any reason, it is necessary to use a different method, we will notify you and ask you to contact G8DBOY Customer Service to arrange a refund.
4. Delivery
G8DBOY accepts and processes orders with the utmost care. We will send the ordered products to your home address or any other address of your choice using the delivery method of your choice.
G8DBOY strives to ship orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to ship orders within 1 to 2 weeks of receiving your order paid in full. Shipments are made on the last business day of the week (usually Friday). While we do our best to deliver orders on time, unforeseen events may cause production and shipping to be delayed. In the unlikely event that the delivery time is extended to 4 weeks. After this time, the customer can cancel the order, unless the status has already changed to "shipped to production" or "ready to ship".
The estimated delivery date is displayed before the order is placed. If you enter your email address, you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery date of your order after placing your order.

If your order is not delivered within the stipulated time, please contact Customer Service.
5. Cancellation of the order
By law, you can cancel or cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your shipment, unless the products you ordered were made according to your individual order. Our products are always made to your order (size, colors, inscriptions). Therefore, we ask you to make careful purchases , as returns will not be accepted in this case.
If the product is eligible for return, G8DBOY does not incur the cost of return shipping in the event that such shipment is necessary, nor other additional costs (e.g. cost of public transport ticket, cost of packaging, etc.). As a consumer, you bear the direct costs of returns. If you choose to keep part of your order and return only some of its items, the shipping cost will not be refunded either.
If you wish to cancel or return your order, please let us know in writing. It is best to send back the return form by post, which can be found on our website, but please contact us before doing so. Another option is to fill in and return the standard form attached to the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights. If you are entitled to a return , you must return the ordered products in accordance with the instructions in Section 6 (Returns) below within 14 days as set out in Section 5 above. We will attempt to refund the money in the same way as the payment was made (or, if the products have not yet been paid, we will modify your customer account balance accordingly) as soon as possible – within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product package. If you agree, the refund may be transferred in another way. Under no circumstances will this incur additional costs.
If the product you have received is defective, please inform G8DBOY as soon as possible and discuss the course of action with us. If necessary, return it as described in section 6 (Returns) below. G8DBOY bears the full cost of replacing defective products. These provisions do not limit any statutory rights that you may have.
6. Returns
G8DBOY guarantees a full refund in accordance with Section 5 (Cancellation of an Order) provided that all items in the order are returned in an unaltered condition and the goods are eligible for a return. This means that the product must not be damaged, dirty, washed, modified, used or worn. In addition, the product should have all tags and labels.
To return items, we recommend that you use the standard return process described in the Customer Service section of the g8dboy.eu or the Return Form.
7. Payment Methods
The store works with the payment gateway provided by Stripe.
Depending on the selected currency, it is possible to pay with credit cards from various operators (VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB).
Payment details can be entered at the time of placing and paying for your order using a valid credit or debit card.
G8DBOY reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, whether the card is in sufficient condition to pay for the order and whether the address details provided at the time of purchase are correct. We may refuse to process your order based on the results of this inspection.
Confirmation of the order and payment will be sent by e-mail.
8. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit G8DBOY's liability for any matter where it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability.
G8DBOY shall not be liable for indirect losses as a collateral result of the principal loss or damage – for example, loss of profit or business opportunity, failure to deliver a product or failure to meet any other obligation under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is caused by an event beyond our control, such as fire, flood, storm, riot, disturbances of public order, war, nuclear disaster or terrorist activity, or the fault of a courier company that has lost or damaged the goods.
G8DBOY's maximum liability for any loss or damage arising from placing an order on the g8dboy.eu website shall not exceed the total cost of the order.
If there is a problem with a product you bought from the G8DBOY online store and you have not been able to resolve your complaint with G8DBOY, you can submit it to the EU Online Dispute Resolution system ("ODR Platform").
The ODR platform offers EU consumers and sellers the opportunity to reach an out-of-court agreement on complaints about products bought online. This easy-to-use, interactive website is available free of charge in all official EU languages. The platform allows consumers and sellers to find an adjudicating authority and then reach an agreement on complaints. The ODR platform is available at: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
9. Colors & Dimensions
We make every effort to present our products, their composition and colours as faithfully as possible. How the color is displayed depends on the operating system and hardware used. We cannot guarantee that your computer, monitor, or mobile device will reproduce colors accurately.
The dimensions of the product provided on the g8dboy.eu page are only indicative and are intended to make it easier for you to choose a model or style, but they are not the actual dimensions of the product you will receive. Actual dimensions may vary depending on the material from which the product is made.
10. Warranty
In the event of any defects in the purchased product, G8DBOY complies with the statutory rights of the Customer. In the event of a complaint about visible defects in materials or workmanship of the delivered products, including defects caused during transport, you must return the product as soon as possible and inform G8DBOY of its defects using the return form attached to your order.
11. Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful or invalid by any court or regulatory authority, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
12. Ownership of Rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright symbols on the g8dboy.eu sites, are owned by G8DBOY and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the g8dboy.eu, g8dboy.eu, g8dboy.pl or its contents, including copying or storing this content – in whole or in part – for any purpose other than private and non-commercial, is prohibited without the prior consent of G8DBOY.
